I have Blackberry 8700c , I upgrade the os from v4.1.0.309 to v4.1.0.316
am getting so much problems

please advise me to return to the old one

Note : I wipe the device but still the same

Use JavaLoader, or JL_Cmder (see my signature), to completely erase all data. Then reload what ever version software you want.
