I dont believe that it is the connection manager.
Out department uses Verizon data cards for Mobile Data.
The cards run all day and usually only lose connection in bad coverage areas.
I would check with your company IT guys to see if they can track your logins.

There is nothing in the logs, and it appears to be more than just my 8830 it is also happening to multiple users here some with storms, some with tours. All of us are having the same issue has anyone heard of anything like this before

It still sounds like a network problem.
The logs I was talking about were logs at the carrier. They can track the logon and logoffs their. We were having some problems, and the government reps tracked problems from their end.
All of our connectivity problems are a result of fringe areas of coverage.

I have actually spent alot of time on the phone with the carrier and then say they do not find anything in their logs. One thing new that i have found is if i connect to vz access manager let it be connected for 10 minutes and then connect my vpn client i have no issues. Scratching my head trying to figure out why that would be.

You may check into changing your I.P. addresses from dynamic to fixed. All of our data cards have fixed I.P. addresses.

Yeah that is not a possibility to set my bb to a static ip, it also appears that a user here with a bb on sprint service can connect and stay connected just fine, they do not have the disconnects at all
