You realize that you can walk into a T-Mobile store and buy this item without a contract for $449.99?

I actually went into 2 stores in NYC today and they do not have them in stock, they already sold the 10 that they received from their shipments and are awaiting next shipment. They had to take down their promo materials for this Curve and had the new colors of the 8100 decorate the stores. . . Store personnel took my number and will call to let me know when they're in . . . probably next week . . .
Soooo... for those of you who are being told at the store that 8320 is out-of-stock, here's your chance to get your hands on this precious Curve, in Pale Gold or Titanium . . . In Hand and ready to ship!

It is if you can get one in store or online or from T-mo customer support for $449... To many options out there....
hope he gets the price but IMHO it's about $250 above what it should be...

Sadly, if he were to go ahead and list it on eBay, some impatient fool probably WOULD pay $650.00 to get it NOW!
Nevermind the fact that their local T-Mobile corporate store would probably get restocked several days before this one would arrive at their door. A lot of eBay buyers clearly aren't smart enough to figure out things like that!
BTW... anyone else find it odd that he's selling this WITHOUT the bar code sticker that contains the IMEI, MSN, SIM card #, etc.?
Methinks somebody has already submitted the mail-in rebate for this puppy, which makes the asking price even MORE ridiculous!
But somebody's in for a bit of a shock when T-Mo denies the rebate because the phone isn't active on their account!

Thank you for the offer but I'm sorry to say that your best offer is not good enough . . . I don't think it's even enough for your upgrade 6 months from now . . .
Keep dreaming . . . someday it may become reality.

I already KNEW how low my offer was... I was testing you to see if you'd know!
You listed it up at a price that is ridiculously high, so I countered with a price that is ridiculously LOW! Isn't that what the customer's SUPPOSED to do?
Anyway, no one in their RIGHT mind will pay $650 for one when it's only $450 (or as much as $400 less, with a contract) from other sources!
Which means, as I mentioned earlier, that you're almost guaranteed to find a buyer on eBay that's willing to pay $650 for it! Those people have more money than sense!
