Is it possible for any blackberry device to communicate in MacOS? is there any software supported for MacOS like Desktop Manager? please let me know if there is or if you can provide a documentation, site or any resources.

Mike, iCal, address Book, Stickies are all supported through pocketmac. As well as Entourage's Calendar, contacts, notes, and tasks. You can download it for free now. There are tons of threads on this subject. I hope this helps.
