I am going to get the 7290 or 7100, how have they been with the mac. I am planning on buying pocketmac. Any advances in using the phone as a modem on the mac.

as far as I know there are no scripts to use the 7100 or 7290 as a modem on a Mac as for syncing I've had both no real issues using PocketMac. Myself I prefer the 7290.

I've used both the 7100 and 7290 with my mac for over 8 months and I've only had a few problems.

Pocketmac don't have the best support, so goodluck if you do have any problems. One thing to be sure of, if pocketmac tells you there is a new update, wait for at least a week before you install it. I have so far lost all the data on my 7100 due to a glitch in an update which made the software delete or change everything on the phone, and last month they updated the software for tiger, put the update on the site, but must have forgot to check it worked for 10.3. It then took them a week to rectify this on their site, and I still havent received a reply to my calls and emails.
