please can any one help me?

just got a 9700 bold a few weeks ago and all was great until last thursday. it went flat within a day and since then i can charge it ok but when i power it down at night and turn it on in the morning its just about flat once again and it is fully charged when i power down.

Have you tried leaving it on the charger at night. Powering it of puts it almost into a hibernate mode.

I assume that you are talking about the battery running down over night.

Do you turn it completely off?

Have you tried a new OEM battery? Sounds like that might be the problem. Lithium batteries do not like to be run down completely and doing so can damage the battery.
