Hello i Have a BB 8110 v4.5.0.180 And sometimes the keys 3 ,6 , 9 and # doesn't work, you can't type number phone or messages... But it is random because sundenly works again fluent like the other keys.....But after a while stop working again... Anyone have a the same problem? Any Ideas about what I can do to fix it?

Guessing.... either or a combination of the following two things.

1 - the device sustained moisture damage. See link here > Got Your BlackBerry Wet? - BlackBerryFAQ
2 - the keyboard is faulty(which may have been caused by #1 above).

Agree with the above. Did it get wet or did you drop it?

You could try a battery pull and see if that does anything, but if it got wet, then you are probably out of luck.

You were right guys i t got wet long time ago and now is working again, It's a shame becaus sometimes the keys are working nicely and sudenly the stop working at the same time.... I will try to opened and clean

Hey you may take the phone to near service center to have its keyboard cleaned. If that does not correct the problem the OS may need to be reflash back into the phone.

More bad advice from this user.

Anyone reading this, do NOT follow any advice you receive from VerizonRules. Reloading software (ie. OS) will not fix a hardware issue (ie. water damage).
