How could I know if the question "Does this number match the one on the pairing device" is right? The number is different every time I attempt to pair my
Samsung NP300E5E
with
Blackberry Curve 9320
OS: Windows 8

I am looking forward or even forwarder to your help as soon as possible, but possibly sooner, if possible, of course.

The pairing via bluetooth if the two security numbers match on both devices. They would flash up a alert box or downscreen with windows for you to confirm. There is an issue with Windows 8 or windows generally because the bluetooth dun setting isn't active some reason or dispute at windows on the rumour control. I have tried this with my nokia lumia 625 to BB playbook it declares it even asks for matching security numbers pairing. Yet fails on tethering for internet access. I have used a nokia 300 asha no problem same function setting only with windows is there an issue.

Searching the internet for this issue, Microsoft blogs do indicate an issue with W8 pairing.
You might search and do some reading. It does not seem to be a BB issue.

getting BT to work has been a pain as you need to remove the drivers and install generic ones

I just find it easy to use a cable instead of fiddling with BT drivers
