It is from Telus which I tried to unlock using software which did unlock the blackberry using MFI Loader. I then install OS 4.5 from Telus on it as a fresh system. Once I turn on the device, everything work except there is no service. I did try to reinstall the origin OS 4.2 but no luck and to find out that the device is lock again. So as of right now the phone can be use for others feature except making call or receive nor sms or email. The service book plus HRT are empty. Hopefully with all that information given may be you can help to fix the phone or where I could possibly send it to for repair.

You used MFI to unlock. You may have inadvertantly done something else to the BB as well. May not be fixable.

actually, I was amused at the unlocking Telus (cdma) part but I guess it is possible there has been some advance that I haven't yet read of
