1) Cant upgrade my bb software, it asks to ensure internet connection but it's ensured ...
2) Cant use browser without Wi-Fi !!!
3) Cant download apps , errors etc.

Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan.
If not, contact your carrier.

I use Omnitel Lithuania... So that means that I should download software especially for it??

No, it means you should switch to a new carrier, or switch to a device that isn't a BlackBerry.
