Default merging a restore

Please Login to Remove!

When I do backups.. no problem it just backups all the stuff..

However, I wanted to do a select restore of just my contacts, and not replace all the one that are on there..

I thought I understood that when you do a restore, it totally replaces things, so is there a way to select restore/merge it?

All I want is one number back, and I don't know how I deleted it, and it was my tmo voice mail when I pressed and held "1" i had it set to dial and had my password hardcoded in it. Now it doesn't work.

Thank you..

You can't do a merge from the backup.

However, to get your voicemail number back, simply remove the battery to reboot the phone. Then go to Phone >Options >Voice Mail and set it all up there.

Push the green phone button Then hit the menu key and go to Options. You'll see Voice Mail in the list there.
