I am getting a runtime error message on Roxio when trying to start the music upload program, This I believe is a common problem.

If I want to manually put music on the 8gb card i just bought and also pictures to use as contacts which folders do I put them in please.
I dont want to upload 4gb of music into the wrong folder.

First off make sure mass sotrage mode is on. Then in my computer, you will see the blackberry. One is the media card, the other is the onboard memory. Open My computer and click on your memory card (you named it yourself, so it should be either w/e you named or removable disk ("drive letter". It is not BLACKBERRY1. Then in there, you will see that there are separate folders for music and pics.
