Default Google Maps

Please Login to Remove!

I downloaded this application for the first time on my ATT BB Curve.
I went to load it and it was asking to allow connections and I was
hitting yes but nothing was happening so I tried hitting Do Not
Allow...it seemed to freeze and then when I went to the main screen
and tried to get back in I got a message saying that "Uncaught
exception:net.rim.device.api.system.ControlledAcce ssException

How can I fix this?
Thanks in advance!

Your best fix will be to delete the application, reboot the BB, and reload Google Maps.

Maybe first, you should just simply pull the battery and reboot and try it again. This time, allow all connections.

Do you have a BB Data Plan for the map data?

Wirelessly posted (8700g: BlackBerry8700/4.1.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/100)

pangelpip, If you try the reset first, you will probably need to go to application permissions and reset the firewall prompts, then allow connections when you get the prompt from google maps again.

If you have a data plan, you may need to input the APN in TCP settings for your carrier.

no, it is the same.

Will it change? I can't predict the future. If it does, I bet someone around here will notice and have the answer.
