Same here. Charges in the kitchen and I turn it on as I am leaving the house. Something about officially starting the day as the garage door goes down and not before ;)

My wife and I both have Pearls. The rule is no BB's in the bedroom, so they stay downstairs at night.

Wow, this is an old thread as far as forums go, how did this get started up again? What search terms did the member use to find it?

I started this months ago and I think the last post before its resurrection was four months ago. Go figure.

on the nightstand as an alarm clock backup. i'm addicted as it is, i dont need to have it on the pillow for someone to think i'm crazy. well he already thinks that but still....

i have to cover it up because my cat thinks the blinking light is something to play with. every other phone with a protruding antenna has been broken because of it

Mine sits right on the nightstand, charging, and on! I use my blackberry for work, and if one of our stations go down, I'm the over-night on call guy, so I need to make sure I can get emails and phone calls in the middle of the night. I usually reset it right when I get up, or when I go to bed everynight though.
