Notes I have had this device two months, only reason its a 9 and not a 10 is because I use it and the trackball is not its original white, since they all get dirty after about two weeks. The phone has been in a Otterbox Defender case since it was new, which I will include, no scratches or scuffs. I just bought a 8310 for the camera, so this ones gotta go.
