Bonjour tous, Hello all

I contacted Rogers tech support about this issue on July 20th, and after a couple hours on the phone and a few tests in the following days, still haven"t heard a final solution to my issue.

I can open attachments on my 8100, however I've been unable to open music files in MP3 format.

I'm using a "rogers.blackberry.net" address and receive the following error messages:

-a unknown error was encountered

and

-unrecognized document format

When I purchased this unit, I was provided with a pocket guide and on page 118 it states at the top of the page that (quote) "any media file can be added to the pearl via e-mail"

Below that they provided a list and MP3 was included.

Am I doing something wrong?

Any suggestions or have any of you had success in this area?
