I think the OP is asking about tech support via BBM.

There isn't any -- unless your carrier happens to have BB support reps that are available via BBM.

Actually, I think the OP was simply asking if there were any employees of RIM that happened to monitor or want to assist us crackberry addicts on their time off via BB Messenger...
