Can anyone tell me if I can review what is in the pending queue. I have 2 agents running on BES 5.0.2 with Exchange 2010 SP1; all work on virtual servers w2k8.
OK so hewre is the issue Agent 1 is for Central Europe and Asia this has about 120 users and its pending queue is about 100 messages completely acceptable.
Agent 2 is for UK and US users and has 139 users this is slowly increasing and now has 730 messages in the queue.
Is there anyway that i can see who is on the queue so I can go and beat them on the head?

In the Component Information for each user you would see the number of pending packets for that user. They normally stack up for users that have their device switched off or are out of coverage.

You can also check the last contact time for each user to find the "worst offenders".

I will add something. Go to blackberry.com > support > look for the Blackberry Resource Kit and run the Outofcoverage tool. This will show you all the devices without connection in a csv file.
