Default Download directory

Please Login to Remove!

Is there any way to change the directory when downloading an application? As far as I can tell it goes into the device memory, which I'm trying to conserve. I tried googling the issue, and searching the forums, but came up with nothing. I sincerely apologize if this has been addressed already.

All applications must be installed to the Device Memory, there is no way to alter that.

There's a tool from Aerize called "Aerize Card Loader 2008", where one can install software on the memory card and from there load it into the address space of the OS

I believe that only loads the JAD install file to the Media Card, and then you must install the application as you need it, still installed to the Device Memory.

No, you place the .cod in a direcory on the memory card and load it from there.
But then again, yeah.. it's always in the memory at the end. The good thing about is, you can "unload" certain apps when space gets tight without having to uninstall them.

Same difference.

I don't need a program to do that for me, I just do it manually. Once less application.

Another thing that i observed, is that this tool does actually splitt bigger applications such as Viigo into various folders, kind of a library that is just being taken and loaded into memory what needed, hence you don't have an entire 2mb file such as Docs to Go loaded.
