Default WiFi Information.

Hi All,
For information if am having an active blackberry data plan. so, which applications are use or not use over WiFi. OR if am having only internet plan.so, i think we are able to access all application over WiFi.

Most carriers require you to have a BB data plan to use WiFi. WiFi requires a specific service book which is only pushed to the device with the data plan.

Assuming you have the BB data plan, when connected to WiFi most apps will use that for data services, even email.

Hi Dubdub,
Ok,I have a WiFi specific service book or BB data plan.if i off the data services temp or use WiFi then i use all BB apps or even access corpo email ?

If you turn off data services you get no data. WiFi is data, email is data. Internet is data. BBM is data. Any app that uses data will not work.

As I said in my previous post with WiFi connected most apps will use that for data services, even email.
