Not sure if this is the correct forum to address this question, though I am using a Bold 9000 (4.6.0.167, platform 4.0.0.217).

A bluetooth Blackberry Smart Card reader is paired to the device, but I cannot get the certificate from the smart card to import. I get the prompt which says "Please connect a smart card reader and insert a smart card", and when I click Ok, nothing happens, and the Ok and Cancel prompt stay in place.

The bluetooth smart card reader is successfully paired, and this OS has the latest drivers available for the SCR.

Ideas?

. . . and install on both the SCR and the 9000. Problem solved.
