I don't find that possible as they are on different frequencies. You may find this of interest.

This absolutely, positively, 100% does NOT work.

1. at&t blocks T-Mobile roamers from using 3G normally
2. at&t will not allow you to roam on their network in most cases if there is service from your home network as well. There are exceptions like Sumter, SC, but those are few and far between
3. If you are truly getting 3G, you will have the 3G icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen
4. As mentioned above, T-Mobile and at&t use different frequencies for 3G, and the Bold does not have the T-Mobile bands on its radio chip

Hopefully this clears it up, and definitively answers the question about T-Mobile, Bold, and 3G.

Are you texting me this from a RAZR? Blackberries make it so you can type proper words.
