I am able to make and receive calls with my allowed minutes, and I can access data to use Pandora and some third party apps, but not the RIM Yahoo, MSN, AOL, or even the built in Web Browser. What do I need to do to get everything to work? They're is now the Blackberry Logo right by my Signal...Any info helpful...Thank you all very much

Yes they do..Just look at their web site..I was surprised to find out myself..But you have to use the $30 unlimited data plan, you aren't able to use the $15 data plan with it..

My BlackBerry is running very laggy and sluggish, even with no apps open and after a battery pull...They're is a slight update available for my BlackBerry from RIM, should I update it to see if it corrects it?

The latest OS is always worth trying if your having issues. Just make sure it's not an App causing the issue.
