i have a blackberry pearl, v4.3.0.97, platform 3.1.0.51, and i am trying to sync itunes through pocketmac.

i have a 2gb media card in my phone, and i have it set to allow mass storage (although, the phone does not show up as a drive on my desktop), but when i go to sync my itunes it says: Feature unavailable; No media card present.

i have manually put pictures on the card (through a USB card reader) and they show up fine, so the phone knows that the card is there, but i cannot get it to work with itunes.

any sort of guidance would be much appreciated.

i spoke too soon.

my computer will now recognize and deal with my phone when i use blackberry media sync. i downloaded it off the blackberry site.

when i installed it it claimed that it would screw up connectivity with other syncing programs, like pocketmac, but im not sure about that yet.

Of course it will -- tired it and it did not let my PocketMac connect. Uninstalled it and all was well.

Waiting for RIM to come out with a full suite for us Mac Users

Hmm, maybe this is why people are having so many problems with pocketmac. I have both BB media sync and pocketmac and i cant get pocketmac to work. i guess i will have to uninstall media sync.
