Default BB Messenger Issue on 4.5

Please Login to Remove!

Not sure if anyone else is having this issue, but when I upgraded to OS 4.5.0.52 on my T-Mobile 8320, everything is working fine except the BB Messenger, whenever I pull the battery, when the phone restarts and I open the messenger, it says "You have changed to a new device, would you like to send a PIN update? If not your contact list will be deleted" If I hit yes, all of my contacts go into a pending update folder, which I can still message them, but is kind of annoying, if I hit no, I lose and have to readd everyone. Haven't seen anyone else with this issue, was wondering if anyone had this problem or knew what I may do to fix it.

This is a known bug with that release, it is fixed in later ones. Hopefully a newer one will be released soon.

I've only seen this when I switched devices.

I think it was 4.5.0.33 for CDMA that did this for me

On the 8320, I've never experienced it except when I had to replace mine and I switched devices on the BES.

Yea it seemed to be one of those hit or miss bugs. I know a few people that never had it happen with the same version, but every time I would do a battery pull it would ask me to update my contacts of my pin, and if i said no, *poof* all deleted

Wirelessly posted (Blackberry Curve 4.6.0.62)

I didn't even get this when I switched devices. Weird.
