My bb curve 8520 trackpad keeps freezing??? i have had two new ones fitted and it works for a while then have to keep pulling the battery. its now gettin so bad i have to leave battery out for ages n put sim in another phone then go back to bb and try it again. its sooooo annoying. i have also installed the new software but now dont know what to do?? the repair shop say it could be my sim card? can anyon help?

Do you have an added Apps? One could be causing the problem.
The other reason could be the pad is getting wet or moisture on it. Also it is not required to press hard on the pad, maybe too much pressure. Also check sensitivity settings.

im having the same issues, ive took my media card out and still, its frozen! :'(

Its allowing me to 'click' but no scrolling whatsoever!!! Im ready to throw it at a wall! :'(
