I have a 9630 with the most recent software updated.

Everytime I connect my phone to the computer and open BB Desktop, the time and date on my phone resets to January 2007.

I have tried everything! Can anyone please help me???

In the Synchronization settings in BlackBerry Desktop Manager, try unchecking the box next to "Update Device Date and Time".

I tried changing my synchronization settings and keep getting a reject message; Your computer must be connected to the Internet..." My computer is connected to the Internet! I am able to access any website!

I have gone into Oranizer/Synchronization/Configure Settings and I keep getting a reject message that says, "Your computer must be connected top the Internet...." My computer is connected to the Internet. Not only can I "Update" my BB software, but I can access any website.

Okay...I figured it out! The Date and Time on my computer were wrong! Everything is good now!
