Can't reset calendar on 9650

Some meetings I have rescheduled via Outlook are not being updated on the BB. It is a 9650 running 5.0.0.975. I am on a BES.
I have experienced similar problems with the 9630 and an earlier OS, and could fix it by resetting the calendar (while in calendar, select options, and then type RSET).
When I do that on the 9650 I get a message "There are no OTA enabled calendars to reset." I think that is in error, as I'm receiving my updates OTA. This occurs if I'm connected via 3G or WiFI.
Any thoughts on how to reset the calendar, or make it synch correctly in the first place?
