Please Login to Remove!

Hi guys & ladies! I am new to this helpful forum. My problem is,when i connect my tour 9630 to pc,the device is not recognized. The only moment of recognition is when I take out the battery of the device. But when I put back the battery, the computer says “one of the device attached to this computer has malfunctioned and windows can not recognize it” please help!

Are you using a HUB or plugging directly into the PC?

Here are the things I generally start with.

1. Battery pull.
2. No HUB connection
3. Delete/Reinstall DM
4. Try connecting to AppLoader via the DOS Command Prompt
