Default storm series obsolete?

anyone sharing the same thought? i got a 9550 and even with the latest software it feels... outdated... not to mention i have to reset it every 2-3 days otherwise it lags in every application

Yep. It's a legacy device. No more development going on for the Storm so you're stuck with whatever software is already out there for it. New apps will be designed to work on the newer operating systems and on devices with more internal memory.

i'm not concerned about apps; i honestly don't use any apps except the ones that come with the OS. other than a better theme i have nothing else instaled on my phone. still laggs the shit out of me sometimes :S

anyway gonna upgrade to a 9810 in december

i am so gonna miss the touch screen on my storm :( worked flawlessly for me!

Haven't used my 9550 in ages. Same reasons - too buggy. Stick with my 9650 until I can upgrade to BBX device.
