Do themes change the color, font, etc... for every screen on your device or just the home screen?

I would like to download a theme that lets me select for each screen solid colors and different colored fonts. I just like solid colors, nothing fancy. Any help?

Themes change picture and font (to a certain extent I believe) for the entire device. You can alway use your own desktop image, regardless of theme. What you have less control over are the icons, images (like when you receive a call), and the styles of the menus.
