Default Two Glitches with .450?

Please Login to Remove!

I'm not sure if these two things are 100% due to .450 or not:

1). Noticeably but not dramatically slower browser loading of pages.

2). So far have just found this with Facebook Mobile website (not the FB app): In the box to write text for a post or response, upon finishing the first line and then where the cursor would move to the next line while typing, the cursor stops for a second and then the page closes returning to the Start screen with the browser bookmarks/history.

Anyone on .450 (or other) experience these two issues, anyone know how they can be corrected?

well, i had no choice but to put on .450 because with .448 i was having touchscreen issues in BB News Feeds and other BB native apps. That said, i cannot compare the browsing to any previous version as i had .243 or whatever for like two hours then updated to .448, then quickly up to .450 due to the aforementioned problems. But i can tell you that i am not experiencing the second problem.

I do however use the standard 'mobile' facebook website as opposed to the 'touch' version. I find it much faster and far more simpler to use. Works great with the touch aspect of the phone as well.

I do find .450 to be a solid solid OS. out of all three that i used, i am the happiest with .450 outside of the .448 problems. So i recommend you give it another shot before you downgrade. If you know how to reinstall OSs, i suggest you do that before downgrading. If the problem appears again, then downgrade to .448

I have no plans of downgrading! Wondering then what may be the cause to the second issue (and I am referring to the mobile and not the toch FB site)??...hmmm

A facebook hot fix was recently released. Access your facebook app, click on the menu key, select Options then scroll to the bottom and click on "Check for upgrade now".

I'm running .450 with the hot fix and no issue - I did have to reinstall the hot fix after I installed .450.

Good luck.

Its not the FB app I'm referring to, its the mobile FB website...sometimes its more convenient to use the mobile site rather than thje app.

Having said that, I also upgraded to the new FB app, and what do you know I still receive duplicate FB notifications in my messages folder, no notifications at all, or inability to delete notifications. Its as if it didn't fix any issues that have been bugging my torch?
