There's a ton of postings on the subject, but...

If you don't know the password, enter anything 10 times and the device will wipe.

If a password is required by IT Policy, you'll have to set a new password when it finishes wiping, and you won't be able to turn off the requirement of a password. Search IT Policy for more info on that.

Thanks for taking the time to answer so many questions I had regarding my BB with "Mark Rejhon's Big BlackBerry FAQ List". It's a whole new confusing world to me. Still having some email issues but I'll keep reading before I waste time posting a question that's probably been answered a million times.
Thanks again!

Default Blackberry 8707

Has anyone ever had there 8707 turn off by itself? If so do you know what there fault is and how to fix it? Also I have seen an error code appear on the screen. I think this is a sim error, can anyone confirm this?

Is there a way to set up yahoo calendar to syncronize with my BB 7250 calendar? Maybe even automatically or continously? Michael 0'Gara

BIS I assume? Go to the BIS site for your carrier and delete the email account. You may be able to do it from the "setup internet email" icon on the BB, too. Then go to Options >Advanced Options >Service Book and delete the service book with your email address in it. If you are deleting the @yourcarrier.blackberry.net address you may need to delete the service book that says "webclient."
