1) Where do I find some decent themes for download? I'm looking for a theme that has some transperency or altogether invisible icons until I "mouse over" them.

2) How do I go about making my own themes? What programs? Where can I get them?

I'm posting 19 some odd sets of icons that can be used for various themes

Sorry for the Newbie Question, or if placed in the wrong area.
I searched throughout, but was unable to find anything relevant. Hopefully someone knows this.

I upgraded my Cingular BB 8700C OS lastnight to 4.1.0.194, and now have a new Icon on the top notification bar, next to the left of the clock, and below Cingular. Currently using the Cingular theme.

Looks like a down arrow within a circle, and a number 1 to the left.

The reduced-sized 8700 icons have been deleted from the RapidShare website because they have not been downloaded for a while. Can you please e-mail them to me, or re-upload them? I've been looking for such a set for some time now and would really like to use them. Thanks in advance --

i don't have them anymore, however i do know others posted them for download and that link is still good. Try this link....
