Please Login to Remove!

I've got to send it back again.

It started not charging and now tells me it can't validate my BlackBerryID (the only way to fix it until 2.0 is to wipe the device)

Thanks Quanta... you've proven that even a 3rd party can make RIM look bad.

xxxx!

So you got maybe a month after it was returned?

Bummer. I hope they get this sorted out for you.

Mine had a hiccup a couple of weeks ago, but it recovered and I am hoping it was just having a bad hair day....Screen and device just completely froze....

Yeah... right now I've been charging it since my post almost 2 hours ago... I'm at 1%

the most annoying part is when you e-mail [email address] you actually get a reply saying "sorry we can helpe you here, please e-mail [email address]"

My support experience as a whole (even the agent I dealt with on the phone) has been just horrible.

I know it's not RIM directly, but Quanta is making them look like fools (especially if I'm not a unique case in the support aspect)

I suggest taking it to the bar, you will probably get more help there

Doubtful, I'd be told I'm using it wrong and I just don't get it.

Those people who told me about Jim's departure from the co-CEO role were in marketing and were just as ignorant to the change needed as Jim and Mike are.

Anyways... still at 1%, so they definitely did me no help when I sent it in
