Help. I do not receive any hotspot locations (yes, I am signed up) and I am unable to receive the wifi connection in my home? Any ideas.

When I look at wifi connections on my 8320 this is what I see:

Active Wi-Fi Connections: None
Wi-fi Selection Mode: Automatic

Saved Wi-Fi Profiles
Hotspot
@Home

When you tried setting up and looking for a wifi connection, did you find any? What kind of error message are you getting?

I originally had my Netgear router setup with no problem and just a few days ago it just stopped acquiring the Hotspot@home connection. I don't receive an error message, the red bars and UMA does not appear at all even if I am at a Starbucks Hotspot.

Hmmm.. then the problem is the phone it self. Try resending your service book and re-registering your host routing table.. if that did not work then I suggest you wipe your device completely...

If wiping device doesn't help, then I would swap your device for another one. Good luck!

If you don't get UMA at TMobile Hotspots like Starbucks then try downloading the certificates from http://mobile.blackberry.com

As far as your home router, there is no profile setup. Use the Setup Wifi icon to add your home network.

Before doing anything else take the battery out of your Blackberry while it is turned on. Count to 5. Then put the battery back in and wait for the device to boot up.

Then test it out.

Maybe too basic and dumb, but you didn't turn off the wifi under manage connections did you?
