Default mini USB cable - Special or just like digital camera?

Please Login to Remove!

I need another USB/mini-USB cable for work. I have a few of these from old digital cameras. Are they the same? Or does the BB need something special?

I'd rather not buy another cable if I can use one of those I have lying around.

Should be the same, unless there's something funky about your camera.

Yeah, you can use those. I have used several different mini-usb cables and they all worked fine.

Me too. One cable stuffed in the laptop bag for all the toys helps. Airport security is bad enough without having to explain what each cable is for

Thanks!

Default Standard USB cable is fine

I've even used the Motorola RAZR USB charger (which has a non-standard power/data connection) and it charges it just fine.
