crs,
I like to mark my in PD opened e-mail message. The only possibility is to add the message as Todo. I like to have the possibility to inject the mail into todomatrix or to create PD List task, as in the BB e-mail application.
Thanks.

matchkin, some issues are due to sync problems as you described. The problem you mentioned is definitely a sync issue.

I am having the identical problem and in addition PD reads 0 tasks when I have 8, with show undated tasks checked. 5.1.4.6 running 4.5.0.93 on a Curve.

I have deleted and reinstalled PD at least 4 times and I finally realized that my settings, section colors, etc remain the same. Also, I am not asked for my activation code. Where are these settings stored?

EDIT: I did a wipe and all was well again. The first window to pop up was PD's asking to set permissions. I thought a wipe removed third party applications, but PD, Mapquest, Google Maps, and Opera Mini are still on my Curve.

PD starts with evrything except the weather collpased.

Pressing the space bar switches the small arrow but the sections never expand.

But the weather section expands/collapses OK.

I'm not sure if you're still having trouble with tasks: PD has an option to "show undated tasks" which should be enabled to see all of your tasks that don't have due dates.

crs you're online i see.
I am running 4.2.2.18 on a curve 8320.
I am not showing a simple recurring all day event, Payday, every 2 weeks on a Friday. I just downloaded and reinstalled PD but no change. Was this not fixed? I created it on the BB, no syncing involved. Also, use cal offset checked or unchecked makes no difference.
Also, when using b and n on the today screen for calender, when you then click goto should you go to the date you have gone to in the today screen? I always get to today's date in calender. Thanks.

galavanter, we've fixed it as much as possible. We've pretty much given up on trying to work around all the calendar api issues on older bb OS versions. The goto is something we'll get on our list to address.

Fair enough. Would my PD payday recurring event work correctly if I upgrade my Curve to 4.5, or purchase a Pearl flip running 4.6? I am a fan of PD, and I understand the limitations for 3rd party apps. Rim's own dimension today theme doesn't show tasks, which is why I purchased PD. Their calender heading on dimension today doesn't even show all day events, let alone recurring ones.
I am tempted to go back to a simple icon theme, with all the hot keys for calender (set to agenda view start), tasks, etc., and then I know I am one click away from accurate information.
But then I start to miss PD, where I see it all at once, except for recurring events. What the hell my only recurring events are a couple of birthdays I know by heart and payday, which never leaves my mind. I have mapped all of PD's key settings to match the BB's, changing b for previous to p (to match BB), removing phone as p, adding b for browser (to match BB), u for calculator, r for alarm, etc. Also, q for Mapquest and x for manage connections, which Rim should add. PD for the most part works great. I don't know how you keep up.

Latest PD running on a Bold w/4.6.0.162.

The time bar on the calendar will not display the time block if an appointment end after 2330.

I like the option to show PD after x minutes but it would be nice to create exceptions for this will running certain programs such as navigator.

I wanted to interject my 3 cents relative to support from the folks at PocketDay. I'm running version 5.4.1.6 (the latest OS for a BB8830), and encountered a calendar problem. I emailed PocketDay support from my BB, and within THREE MINUTES I had a response! That response corrected my problem! While I believe no single program is going to always be 100% perfect, I think this program is extremely useful. I also believe a program (or company) of any sort is only as good as the people who stand behind it. I wanted to give some kudos online to the PocketDay support staff. My problem had to do with the fact you can have multiple calendars from within the native BB calendar app. PocketDay will only show the "default" calendar (from Options/Advanced Options/Default Services), and somehow my default calendar email got changed from one account to the other. It was a 30-second fix which corrected the fact that my Today screen wasn't showing my appointments. Well done, PocketDay!

Default pocketDay

I would really like to use the pocketday utility setting to show PD after x mins.

HOWEVER.....

It would be perfect if the options had to ability to bypass this feature if GPS were enabled (or even if the BB was externally powered) as it can be a bit of a pain if the screen pops up whilst operating a sat nav. Any chance this could be added to a future build.

Cheers
