Well i searched i found one thread but i didnt quite understand it.

Well i have a BB8320 and i want to go online with it, i got opera mini in there and it doesnt work. Y! AIM MSN and ICQ dont work either keeps telling me to activate, and im clueless what to do next.
and yes i have a internet plan.
I used to have a pearl but now im on this one..

I tried registering HRT..

and service book doesnt gimme any options besides the writings...

Make sure your APN is set correctly:
Settings > Advanced Options > TCP
APN:wap.voicestream.com
Username:BLANK
Password:BLANK

it has the new OS also

AIM doesnt work nor does all the other ones..

they all tell me to go to blackberry.com and do what ever...

Does it ask you to log on to blackberry.com/aim, if so, I have the same message. Double check with T-Mo to make sure that you have a data plan and not just an email plan, als o look on your phone to make sure you have the AIM service books. I do not have the service books and can not get them sent to me because I do not have a data plan. this is the only thing that doesn't work on my phone...
