Hi there experts,

I have two Blackberry devices which i am struggling to get working with BES.

The users have been created in BES, the Blackberry devices have been wiped and ready for the authorisation code and email address to be entered.

When entering the authorisation code and email address the Blackberry hangs and eventually gives up trying to contact the BES server.

I have also noticed the users have a status of inititalising within BES.

Im unsure of the handset model as im helping some friends do this remotely.

the network is 02 and the handsets are 9300 and 8520

Troubleshooting Step #1: Be sure the devices are on a BES data plan, not a BIS data plan.

Hey I have problem with opera mini 6.5 new when I install opera 6.5 and I done than I open opera its show me cannot able internet check your setting pls help me I try it in opttions advanced opttions and TCP/IP and like APN setting ENabled APN user name and password like anything and still not working
