hi all, I've got an 8700 on t-mobile UK which is my first blackberry and i'm loving it!

I have tried to install the macberry theme using the OTA method, and installed the Plazmic theme reader and also the theme.

However, despite resetting my BB, the theme and the app do list in the applications section, but when i go to options>themes the macberry theme isn't listed.

Any ideas anyone? I'm at a loss right now...!

Try going to the site with your pc and downloading the zip file. Use your desktop manager to install the files. See if the same results occure?
Be sure your device has os4.1 or higher.

If you do grab a new file here are some install instructions.

Install using your desktop manager.

Herexxx8217;s how:

1. Download the following file to your PC:
2. Unzip the file to your Desktop or a folder (prefurred).
3. Connect your Blackberry to your computer.
4. Open up Desktop Manager xxx8211;> Application Loader xxx8211;> Add.
5. Find the file called xxx8220;ThemeName.alxxxx8221; and hit xxx8220;OKxxx8221;.
6. Find the file called "Plazmic_Theme_reader.alx" and hit "ok".

After the installation finishes, you can now change your themes by going to Options(wrench icon) xxx8211;> Theme.

i've got a mac and no PC access, so using the desktop manager isn't something I could do :(

Is there anything else on the BB i could do? I'm running 4.1.
