6710 is the largest and clearest in all conditions when it comes to reading text.

I've had it side-by-side-by-side next to a 7280, 7290 and 6280. It's no comparison.

However, the 7290 with the backlight cranked up is very, very crisp.

Our 6200 has always been a bit "fuzzy" to put it best... Readable, but I wouldn't want to try to read an eBook or something on it.

I've found the 7230 and its comparable models to be the best overall... but I still love the screen on 7100.

Comparing the following:
957, 6280, 6710, 6750, 7750, 7280, 7780

I'd say the 6700's are pretty good, but I think the 7780 has the best display I've seen yet.

The best indoor color screen is the 71XX, and to an extent, the 77XX and 7290

The best outdoor color screen is the 7230/7280.

The best compromise indoor/outdoor screen is 77XX and 7290

The best monochrome screen is the 67XX series

My vote goes for 7290
