How do I go to BlackBerry Internet Browser? Man, this crap is confusing!

You should have an icon on your main BB screen - usually after calendar but before Help. when your focus is on it - words Internet Browser will appear at the bottom of the screen.

Try going to options and verifing what version if you have 4.0.0.249 than you should be able to see if it you have something ealier than you will need to upgraded the handheld software.

Once I updated my 7520 it showed up probally in 10 minutes. If your not on a BES and also have tried removing the battery I would give Nextel a call cause this browser is alot better than the one on yours.

I paid for the one browser awhile ago but have not even loaded it on the 7520 there has been no need to.

What did you end up doing to get it just incase someone else has the problem later.

I had to call Nextel care. They instructed me to delete everything in my Service Book except for what started with Desktop. Then I went to Security, did a Master Radio Reset. Then I had to go to Host Routing Table and hit register now. From there she did something wirelessly and had me wait a couple of minutes and then it was there (Internet Browser). She said there may have been a problem because I am using Redirector and BES.

can someone give any assistance with this issue? i loaded the spell chk from the dwnld apps page on my device, it installed however i do not have a spell check option or icon, it does show up in my applications list. ive tried the dynoplex link as well as the tos and the same result, even after rebooting several times. thanks in advance.

non what so ever, i did have the dynoplex espell previously and deleted it because i was getting the nextel version for the 7520, besides it was a trial version, but all i have are the basic options when replying or composing email.

can you delete the application in Options->Applications and also check that eSpell is not left over. Also check the Options->Applications->Modules, some modules can be left out, so delete those related to nextel_spellcheck and espell. Then reboot, make sure no apps or modules are there and redownload the spell check for 7520.

after downloading I got a JVM error 105. any help? I deleted all spell ckeck files, hard reset, the works, still not working.

Well I tried to download the file with my blackberry. When it finished downloading, the hour glass froze. I let it sit that way for about 30 minutes. I then took the battery out to reset it. When it came back on it gave me the 507 error. I am now reloading everything back on to my BB :(

105 is usually currupt jad, used to happen with the NOL browser. Make sure you have enough free memory (Options->Status) and that you delete applications and modules as well (options->applications->modules).

507 means that the OS is not loading, need to reload the BB. check that you have enough memory on the device, delete the modules and try again.
