Default 8700 using data on its own every day? deleting browser...

Please Login to Remove!

I have been trying to delete the browser, I do not want to pay for data, and I do not want my son having access to the internet. I have used the internet on it twice, but it is using like .0048 mb data daily.

Is this normal? and can it be stopped? What's using it?

Is disabling the browser through the options menu enough? (I have done this)

Tmobile tells me they "can't" block data on my lines. What do people with kids on their plans do?

For a BlackBerry, it's perfectly normal.
The device itself keeps in constant communication with RIM's network. That's just by design.

As a consumer, you can't block the Browser on the device. (Won't solve your issue even if you could.)
If you don't want any data charges, then you need to remove the data plan from the account through T-Mobile, if they allow it. Most carriers require the plan if you want to use a BlackBerry.
