Default How to view attachments on RIM 7230? Any Itrezzo users?

Is there a way to view pdf/.doc/ files on my RIM 7230 (fromT-Mobile)? DO I need to get .itrezzo software installed? Has anyone used itrezzo? Thanks Phil

I used Itrezzo for a couple of years but have phased it out since BES does the same thing. We didn't use Itrezzo's free service (not sure if they still have a free service), we actually had a server that processed all attachments. It worked very well. If you don't have a BES and need to open attachments I would definitely recommend it.

I am wondering the same thing... I downloaded the ItrezzoAgent but I have no idea what to do with it. I have been using Blackberry for a while but I have no idea what the agent does. It only shows up under ->options ->applications. Is there something else I need to download.
