Default Strange Email issue...

Please Login to Remove!

I have a user (on a BES) using an 8530 (Sprint) who can receive email and reply to email but not send new messages that she creates. She doesn't have the option to send, just save as draft. Also, when she tries to "look up" an address in the global address book (from the to: field) it doesn't populate any names.

We have tried numerous battery pulls, re-enterprise activating the BB and resending her service books from the BES. Any other ideas?

I've done some research and I couldn't find a solution. Thanks in advance!

In the past when I had a user missing the Send option, I had to remove them from the BES and re-add/activate to correct the issue.

Try deleting the Desktop[SYNC] (undelete this one right away), Desktop[CMIME], and Desktop[ALP] service books and resend them from the BES.

I've tried all the above with no luck. Any other ideas?

Thanks again!
