Hi Dears,
I needing a help... We have BES version 5.0.1.58 installed and running without problems with Lotus Notes 8.5, but one user has rules in the mailbox when a specific email arrives, then it is move for a specific folder. (everything in the server)

On Lotus Notes mailbox it is working fine, so email arrives, then automatically is moved to the folder defined in the rule, but in the Blackberry this doesn't happen.

Basically the folder exist in the Blackberry device, but none of the messages available in the Lotus Notes user mailbox folder is available at Blackberry device, basically the folder in the BB is empty.

Has any body a clue what the problem is? Thank you in advance.

For messages that are sent to folders using rules you have to change a setting on the BlackBerry to sync that folder.

1. Click on the Messages icon, then go into Options.
2. From the Options screen, click on Email Preferences
3. On the Email Preferences screen, press the Menu button (left of trackpad) and from the pop-up menu click on Folder Redirection.
4. Expand the folder under your Mailbox name, and click on the one for your wife (will either check the box next to the folder name or fill the box with a color).
5. Back out and save the changes.
