Hello all,

I have a user who has a 9800 Torch, and is having issues with the sync. I have 7 other users on the BPS 4.1.4.17, all older models, this is the first Torch. I added the user to the database, connected the blackberry, and all seemed fine. A few days later, the user came back and said that the messages we not deleting from the handheld. I double checked the settings against the other users, and everything seemed fine. The user came back and said that the settings worked for a day, but then reverted back. So I can send e-mails to the user, they do get them on BB and Outlook, but when they delete from Outlook, they don't delete from the Torch. The Torch also seems to take a long time to reconcile. We are using Exchange 2003, on Server 2003 SBS. Thanks in advance for any help!
