Default Please HELP! New Exchange

Please Login to Remove!

Please HELP!

Setup
Exchange 2003 6.5.7638.1
Bes server 4.1.5.26
Recently we have had a new exchange box put in. We have migrated all mailboxes and ensured that the security permissions have been assigned in to the new exchange also ensure that the besadmin account has delegated control on exchange (view only admin)

But when we turn the old exchange of and reboot the bes the blackberries are no longer working. If I click on a user name it shows that bes is pointing to the new exchange server.
All services and running

Please help I am totally new to bes.

Are you sure you have moved everything to the new server (GAL, Public Folders etc.). There is a procedure from Microsoft how to properly remove an Exchange server. Just shutting it down is NOT the right way.

Also, is your old Exchange server a Global Catalog server? BES is communicating with Global Catalog servers.
