Hello,

Today my Blackberry's screen died on me. I had an in-store warranty from the store that I got it at, though, so I went and got it replaced with a new Blackberry Curve 9300.

Now when I'm trying to use Facebook or Twitter for the new phone, it's telling me:
"You are currently on a service plan that does not support this application. If you want to use this application, please contact your service provider to upgrade your data plan."

However, according to Koodo's website, I still have Blackberry Social as part of my plan, which allows unlimited access to Facebook, Twitter, et al.

Is this a common problem with a simple solution or should I bite the bullet and call their customer support? (In my experience their CS isnt very good, thats why I'm hesitant to call)

Call customer support. Most likely the plan got dropped in the exchange of devices.

It is considered rude to hijack other users' threads, particularly old threads.
